Introductory provisions
Sir-cleaner.com cleaning service provider, available at the internet address www.sir-cleaner.com , is run by – running a business under the name SirCleaner Company with its seat in Ontario, Canada (address: 35 Bellhaven Rd M4L3J4 Toronto, ON Canada) Company Registration No: 1000355083
Definitions
1. Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract with the Service Provider as part of the Cleaning Service Business, the subject of which is not directly related to its business or professional activity.
2. Service Provider– a natural person running a business entered into the Ontario Business Registry
3. Customer – each entity that purchase cleaning services through the website www.sir-cleaner.com.
4. Entrepreneur – a natural person, a legal person and an organizational unit that is not a legal person, the separate law of which grants legal capacity, performing on its own behalf an economic activity that uses the Store.
5. Distance contract – contract concluded with the Customer as part of an organized system of concluding distance contracts (as part of the Service Provider website), without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, with the sole use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the contract.
6. Regulations – these Servicer Provider regulations.
7. Booking – the Customer’s declaration of will submitted via the Booking Form and aimed directly at concluding particular cleaning service with the Service Provider.
8. Product – service available in the sir-cleaner website which is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Service Provider
9. Sales Agreement – sales contract concluded between the Customer and the Service Provider via sir-cleaner website. The Sales Agreement also means – according to the features of the Service – a contract for the provision of services and a contract for specific work.

To use sir-cleaner website, including viewing the Service Provider services and booking services, you must:

2. an active e-mail account (e-mail),
3. enabled cookies .
General information
1. The Service Provider, to the fullest extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for any disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the website, caused by force major, unlawful actions of third parties or incompatibility of the sir-cleaner website with the Customer’s technical infrastructure.
2. The prices given in the Service Provider website are given in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Rules for booking a service,
1. Click on book now tab
2. Select booking details: type of service, property type, square footage, select extras, choose date, choose time, choose frequency.
3. choose one of the available payment methods and, depending on the method of payment, pay for the order within a specified period, subject to § 8 point 3.
Delivery of the service booked
Service will be delivered at the chosen date and time by the Customer, if chosen time and date will not be available the service will be delivered in any other suitable time and date suitable for Service Provider and the Customer.
Execution of the sales contract
1. The conclusion of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Service Provider takes place after the Customer has placed a Booking using the booking form in the sir-cleaner website in accordance with § 7 of the Regulations.
2. After placing a booking, the Service Provider immediately confirms its receipt and at the same time accepts the Booking for execution. Confirmation of the receipt of the Booking and its acceptance for implementation takes place by sending the Customer an appropriate e-mail to the Customer’s e-mail address provided when booking the service, which contains at least the Service Provider’s declaration of receipt of the Booking and its acceptance for implementation and confirmation of the conclusion of the Sales Agreement. Upon receipt of the above e-mail by the Customer, a Sales Agreement is concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
The right to withdraw from the contract
1. The consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 48hours or more from the booked date, full refund will be provided by the Service Provider. If the Customer will withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 48h or sooner from the booked date full credit refund will be provided to spend on sir-cleaner services. If the Customer withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 24h or less from the service booked there will be no refund provided by the Service Provider.
2. The statement may be sent by traditional mail, or electronically by sending the statement to the Service Provider e-mail address or by submitting the statement on the website – the Service Provider contact details are specified in § 3. The statement may also be submitted on the form, the specimen of which is Annex 1 to these Regulations and Annex to the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, however, it is not obligatory.
Personal data
1. The administrator of personal data of Customers collected via sir-cleaner website is the Service Provider.
2. Customers’ personal data collected by the administrator via sir-cleaner website is collected in order to implement the Sales Agreement, and if the Customer agrees – also for marketing purposes.
3. The recipients of the personal data of the Customers of the sir-cleaner website may be:
- Administrator – In the case of the Customer who uses sir-cleaner with the method of electronic payments or with a payment card.
- The Administrator provides the collected personal data of the Customer to the selected entity servicing electronic payments.
4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Regulations necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement results in the inability to conclude this contract.
Final Provisions
1. Agreements concluded through the sir-cleaner website are concluded in English.
2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Regulations for important reasons, that is: changes in the law, changes in payment – to the extent to which these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations.
3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Ontario law shall apply.
